Brightly Finds ("we", "us") operates brightlyfinds.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect. When you place an order, we collect your name, email, shipping address, phone number (optional) and order details. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe); we never see or store your full card number. When you browse, we and our partners (such as Wix and Meta) may collect device and usage information through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it. To process and ship your order, send order updates and tracking, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and improve our store and advertising. If you subscribe, we may send you marketing emails; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email.
Sharing. We share information only with service providers that help us run the store: our website platform (Wix), payment processor (Stripe), fulfillment and shipping partners, and advertising/analytics partners (such as Meta). We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and ads. We use cookies and the Meta Pixel to measure our ads and show relevant offers. You can control cookies in your browser settings and adjust ad preferences in your Meta account.
Your rights. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, email support@brightlyfinds.com.
Data retention. We keep order information as long as needed for orders, accounting and legal obligations.
Children. Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

By using brightlyfinds.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Orders. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, a pricing error occurs, or we suspect fraud.
2. Prices. Prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices at any time; changes don't affect orders already placed.
3. Product information. We try to describe and display products accurately. Colors and sizes may vary slightly from images.
4. Shipping and returns. Covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are part of these terms.
5. Use of the site. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or copy its content without permission.
6. Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
7. Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted on the site applies to new orders.
